We do not need more views. We need people to keep watching.

The goal

How to fix it — 6 steps

1. Start with the best part

   Cut the beginning. No walking, no waiting, no slow start. Show the best moment first.

   NO3 seconds of walking, then he sings

   YESHe sings at 0:00

2. Put text on the first frame

   Many people watch with no sound. Add big text at 0:00. Write the song name, or the band name, or one short sentence.

   NOText appears after 5 seconds

   YESText is there from 0:00

3. Make videos shorter

   Now: 24–37 seconds. Make them 12–18 seconds.

   Short videos get finished. Finished videos get more views.

4. Try 5 different starts from 1 video

   Take one clip. Make 5 versions. Each one starts in a different place. Post them in the same week.

   Then check: which start had the best watch time? Do more of that one.

   You do not need to film anything. Just cut the same video 5 ways.

5. Post 1 time a day, not 2

   Now: 2 posts every day. That is 14 posts a week.

   Every post now needs a good first 2 seconds. That takes editing time.

   1 good post is better than 2 fast posts.

   NO14 posts a week, quick edits

   YES7 posts a week, careful first 2 seconds

   Posting the same video on Instagram and TikTok is fine. Keep doing that.

6. Post at 18:00–21:00 Jakarta time

   Most followers are online around 20:00 WIB. 67% of TikTok followers are in Indonesia.
