Return to Indonesia in 2027 with a bigger show than the 350-cap Jakarta sell-out — and turn a profit on it.
Two things still need pinning down: how big “bigger” is, and what “profit” means in numbers. Both now have most of the data behind them — see Money.
Videos lose people after two seconds. Average watch time is 2.1–3.2 seconds across every video measured, and 0.3–2.3% watch to the end.
But the algorithm is working. 78–96% of TikTok views come from the For You page. The account is not suppressed. Reach is being granted; attention is not held.
→ AnalyticsConfirmed from three independent directions: the mailing list is 97.4% Indonesian and 65.6% Jakarta, TikTok followers are 67.3% Indonesian, and the entire live audience is there.
→ Audience£424 of ads built an 871-person Jakarta email list at roughly 49p per contact. The same campaign shape in Coventry cost £9.88 per sign-up — 37x more.
Two things broke after that: the checkout could not take Indonesian payment methods, and the list has never been emailed.
